Who do I contract with? Depending on the apartment you book, payment and the contract will be with one of the two companies, based on who owns the property:
If you book an apartment in Punta Umbría, you will contract with Apartamentos Punta Umbría S.L. (Tax ID B21540570).
If you book an apartment in Costa Esuri, Isla Canela, or El Portil, you will contract with Predio Portil Servicios Inmobiliarios S.L. (Tax ID B21187141).
What contract do I have? ApartamentosCostaluz.com markets the rental of both tourist apartments and homes for tourist purposes on the Huelva coast.
When do I sign the contract? On the day of your arrival, you will sign the accommodation contract and pay the remaining balance of your stay.
Please read your contract. We recommend that you carefully read your contract before signing it. It outlines your rights and obligations during your stay with us.
Rules of Conduct and Internal Regulations. All apartments are subject to the horizontal property regime, meaning there are common areas and facilities with opening, closing, and quiet hours that must be respected. Internal Regulations, which guests are required to follow, are available at reception.
Security Deposit. The security deposit can reach a maximum of €100.00 and will be returned within 72 hours of your departure, after the apartment has been inspected.
